1. Overview

Zippy Greatest Adventures provides digital children's stories, Parent Guides, and optional Coloring Books through a subscription model. These Terms govern your use of our websites, lead-capture pages, and subscription services. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child information you provide.

2. Subscription Plans

We currently offer:

• Monthly Subscription – Recurring monthly billing; includes access to digital story packages and Parent Guides.
• Monthly Premium Subscription – Recurring monthly billing; includes story packages, Parent Guides, and Coloring Books for each story.
• Annual Subscription – Billed once every 12 months at a discounted rate (12 months of content for the price of 10).
• Free Trial – A 15-day free trial is available. After the trial ends, billing begins automatically unless you cancel.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be updated with at least 30 days' notice for renewals.

3. Billing & Payments

• Payments are processed securely by our authorized payment processor (currently Stripe).
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
• Any taxes, fees, or currency-conversion costs are your responsibility.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Monthly Plans

Cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid the following month's charge. No partial-month refunds.

Annual Plans

• If canceled before delivery of Story 21, you may request a prorated refund calculated as: Annual Fee ($120) – (Number of months delivered × $12) – $10 cancellation fee.
• If canceled after Story 21, no refund is issued, but you continue to receive any remaining story packages (up to Story 25).

To cancel, email [email protected] or use our cancellation form. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your paid subscription.

5. Content Access & License

Subscriptions provide access to story videos, Parent Guides, and Coloring Books delivered on a 15-day schedule (about two new stories per month).

• Content is for personal, non-commercial family use only.
• Sharing, copying, reselling, or redistributing our materials without written permission is prohibited.
• Access ends when your subscription expires or is canceled, except for any content you have already lawfully downloaded for personal use.

6. Intellectual Property

All characters, illustrations, and materials—including "Zippy the Bunny"—are owned by JJKahnMedia LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely for your personal family use.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver reliable, enjoyable content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Our stories are for educational and entertainment purposes and do not replace parental guidance.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of Zippy Adventures is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including limited child data (first name and age) submitted by a parent or guardian.

9. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Subscription fees already paid will be honored according to these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you access our service from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
